FAQ


TMS is the system the contact center uses for tracking time worked and the clients to whom the time will be billed. Additionally it is used for allocating PTO.
TMS is used by members of the contact center. If you are unsure you qualify, please contact your supervisor.
The Time Management System uses the same login credentials as your desktop PC ("network credentials"). Any pages requiring login will prompt you for your network credentials.

The top navigation "More" menu has changed to a dynamic menu. After login you will see all menu options that you have permission to view.



Daily Allocations will redirect to the hourly allocation page. It can be found by clicking on "Daily Allocations" on the landing page, or "Daily Allocations" from the "More" top menu navigation after login.
Monthly Allocations will redirect to the monthly allocation page. It can be found by clicking on "Monthly Allocations" on the landing page, or "Monthly Allocations" from the "More" top menu navigation after login. Additionally your current monthly percentages can be found in the Dashboard.
You can make a change to allocations at anytime during the pay period, and up to 11:45am CST of the Monday following the end of the pay period.
To change clocked time a Time Adjustment Request (TAR) will need to be submitted. From the main page login and click on "Daily Allocations" from the top navigation or landing page, then click the Time Adjustment Request tab to find the TAR form.
Pay periods are 2 weeks long, starting at 12:00 AM CST Sunday and ending at 11:59:59 PM CST Saturday.
A TAR is a Time Adjustment Request, it allows the user to update the hours that were worked on a previous day in the current pay period. TARs require supervisor approval.



Yes, but not through TMS. To change time for a previous pay period a manual Retro form must be submitted.
A Retro is similar to a TAR, but for a previous pay period. A Retro is submitted when you need to add or remove time worked or PTO used.



Please try logging out of TMS, close all browser windows, then restart and log back in.
If you have multiple invalid logins you may have locked your account. Please use the password reset portal: https://passwordreset.hartehanks.com

Please log out of TMS, clear your cache, close all windows and restart your browser.
Please use the Contact Us form to send a message to the TMS Admins; be sure to include all details regarding the issue.
The Timecard for the previous pay period can be selected from the Timecard page. If you need to access a Timecard prior to that please contact a payroll Admin. The Admin will provide you a link that you can use to access the Timecard; be sure to be logged in to TMS when clicking on the provided link.
